Amber is an experienced financial professional with over 15 years of experience working at a senior level in corporate marketing and as a Chief Operating Officer. Her proven background is an integral part of Trinity’s payroll and accounting practices. She is an exceptional point of contact for our customers and has a brilliant approach to solving problems quickly while providing outstanding results.
Shannon DiMarco
Director of Sales and Recruiting
Shannon is the Director of Sales and Recruiting for Trinity and brings several years of experience in the direct hire recruiting field. She ensures staffing needs are accomplished, company profitability is guaranteed and that the original, promised delivery time of target end results are delivered on time. Shannon is a full scope executive recruiter specializing in the engineering field. She lives in Owasso with her two teenage sons and attends a local church there. She enjoys lake sports, auctions and anything to do with traveling. She is also very involved with her son’s sports activities.
Ginny Morgan
Senior Recruiter
Ginny is the Senior Recruiter for Trinity and serves as the main contact for the Medical Division. She brings over 10 years’ experience in the medical field to the team. Most recently she served as practice administrator for a specialty clinic in Owasso. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in healthcare administration. Ginny and her husband reside in Claremore with their six-year old son. They are active members of their church and are very involved in sports.
Jamie Finley
Administrative Assistant
Jamie is the Administrative Assistant for Trinity and has held the position since 2010. Her focused administrative and clerical skills along with her cheerful attitude are great assets to the team. Jamie is an Inola native and a graduate of Northeastern State University. She taught elementary school for 4 years before joining the Trinity family. She and her husband live in Tulsa and have two sons. They are very active in their church and Jamie loves to scrapbook in her spare time.
