  • Will lead the Manufacturing Engineering team
  • Emphasis on improving existing manufacturing processes by implementing standard work and incorporating lean manufacturing best practices
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, techniques, process controls and procedures and manufacturing
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Proven knowledge of Standard Work and balancing a production line to meet task time
  • Knowledge and application of the Toyota Production System principles is preferred
  • $80-$90k plus benefits and PTO
